When choosing an agency, ask yourself whether they know your sector or whether they need to? How about visiting them at their premises? Try and meet the recruiter that will actually work on your assignment. Ask them for telephone numbers of clients you can talk to for references. What is their assignment completion rate (67% is the market average)? Get them excited at working with you and they will work harder on your behalf.
